The Process
How It Works
From your first search to your inspection request — here's how Property Consult Nigeria supports your property discovery journey.
Share Your Requirements
Use our guided Find My Property form to tell us what you're looking for. We'll ask about your preferred property type, location, budget range, intended use and key requirements.
The form takes a few minutes to complete and is designed to capture what actually matters to you — not just a price range.
Start the FormExplore Relevant Options
Based on your requirements, we surface available properties from our inventory that match your criteria. Each result includes a clear explanation of why it's relevant to your search.
You can also browse all available listings directly and filter by location, property type and budget.
Review Property Details
Each property page presents the available information clearly: asking price, location, size, features, payment options and what is and isn't verified.
We distinguish between information supplied by the listing source, information supported by documentation, and information that remains unverified — so you know exactly what you're working with.
Request an Inspection
When you're ready to take the next step, you can submit an inspection request directly from the property page. We'll coordinate the enquiry with the relevant listing source or partner.
An inspection is an important step before making any commitment. We encourage all buyers to inspect a property in person before proceeding.
Ask Questions & Carry Out Due Diligence
Before committing to any property, we encourage you to ask detailed questions about title documents, development approvals, service charges, additional fees and any other relevant matters.
Proceed With Appropriate Professional Support
Once you've identified a property you want to pursue, negotiations and documentation should be handled with the support of a qualified solicitor, estate surveyor and valuer, and any other relevant professionals.
We can help you understand the process and what to expect — but the formal transaction is between you, the seller and your respective professional advisers.
