Property Consult Nigeria is a property discovery and consulting platform. We are not a law firm, a surveying firm, a mortgage lender or a property developer. We do not provide legal title verification, structural assessments, investment guarantees or regulatory compliance certification.

Our Market

We currently operate primarily in Lagos, with growing coverage across Abuja, Rivers State and other Nigerian cities as verified inventory and operations expand. We also serve Nigerians in the diaspora who are purchasing property in Nigeria.

Where applicable, Property Consult Nigeria works with authorized property partners, developers and listing sources to present property information. Listing sources are identified on individual property pages. We do not claim ownership of listed properties and do not act as a principal in any transaction.
